Engineering Services
Our engineers are experts in evaluating the control and safety requirements for test stations.
We do this for new and existing machines and deliver a complete set of documentation, neccessary to fulfill CE standards.

Maintenance
We offer periodical maintainance for test stations following the requirements of the German Industrial Safety and Health Regulation (BetrSichV) in accordance with §14(6).
Onsite Calibration
TIRRON services include onsite calibration with our ISO 17025 calibrated references for:
- gas flow from 20 nmlpm up to 8000 nlpm
- liquid flow from 0.5 up to 220 lpm
- temperature, ambient up to 100 degC
- pressure, ambient up to 70 barg
- liquid resistivity
- current and voltage
Refurbishment
Stations, after they reach their EOL, often have solid frames, perfectly intact cabinets, vessels, piping and other costly components, which can easily and safely be re-used.
TIRRON is specialized to retrofit and refurbish test stations, and other production machinery.
Custom Projects
Our experience in the hydrogen industrie helps us to design and build custom machinery. Leak tester, robot arm and turn table integration, durabillity tester for components or high speed fall tester are projects we have developed and build in the past.
