Upgrades and Refurbishment
New testing tasks sometimes require updated hardware and software. After reaching EOL stations often still have solid frames, cabinets, vessels, piping and other costly components, which could perfectly be re-used.
This is why TIRRON is specialized to retrofit and refurbish test stations, and other production machinery. Included in our work is the complete set of documentation and safety analysis that enables you, or us to issue an apropriate declaration of conformity.
Our abillity to offer this service is independant of the current stations configuration, because we replace the automation system with a Beckhoff PLC and implement our own automation and control system, Admiral®.

Electric Power Upgrade
Electronic load or power supply upgrades are one of the most common upgrades we do. Zero Volt options, flexible cable, digital driver integration, higher current or voltage demands or unrepairable faults can be reasons to upgrade the power system.
High Pressure Upgrade
If you (or your safety engineer) have doubts your current station is fit to test under high pressure, we can evaluate your safety system and upgrade your station.
IO System Upgrade
If your current IO system shuts down your test due to watch dog error, we can replace it with reliable Beckhoff standard IO modules.
