A custom project that was installed at a PEM Fuelcell Manufacturer was to semi automate and CE certify a single cell leak tester.

The original draft of this machine was developed by a reserach insitute. TIRRON upgraded the leak tester with safety devices, automated quality control test cycles and quality control documentation.

TIRRON upgraded a 30 kW electrolyser test station to operate at 50 bar with pressure and level control auto adapting to the working pressure.

Part of the upgrade was the complete redesign, implementation and documentation of the safety concept, which was checked and approved by TÜV last week.
